Refund and Cancellation Policy

Free trial New subscriptions may include a free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged. If you do not cancel, your payment method is charged at the end of the trial and your subscription begins.

How to cancel You can cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Refunds Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, for unused evaluations, or for periods during which your account remained open but unused, except where required by law.

Annual plans Annual plans are paid in advance for the year and follow the same policy. If you cancel an annual plan, it stays active until the end of the paid year and does not renew.

Billing errors If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within thirty days of the charge and we will review it in good faith and correct any error we confirm.

Chargebacks If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account.
